AVS High School maintains a disciplined and orderly environment to ensure the smooth functioning of academic and co-curricular activities. All students are expected to follow the rules and regulations of the school.
Students must wear the prescribed school uniform neatly and with proper appearance. The uniform is compulsory during school hours and for all school-related activities. Personal grooming, cleanliness, and modest appearance are expected at all times.
Regular attendance is mandatory for all students. Students must be present on the first and last working days of each term and attend the morning assembly regularly. A minimum attendance requirement, as prescribed by the school, must be fulfilled to appear for examinations.
Parents must inform the school in advance for any planned leave. In case of absence, a written explanation from parents is required. Long absences on medical grounds must be supported with a medical certificate. Students are advised not to take leave during examination periods.
AVS High School maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards indiscipline and bullying. Any form of bullying, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour within or outside the school premises is strictly prohibited. Students are encouraged to report such incidents, and appropriate action will be taken to ensure a safe and respectful learning environment.
Students must appear for all examinations as per the academic calendar. Discipline in the examination hall must be strictly maintained. Malpractice or unfair means during examinations will invite strict disciplinary action.
